- Once registered, a deposit of RM3000 will be collected from each participant. The deposit is non-refundable unless the tour is canceled.
- Second payment to be collected upon tour is confirmed. The balance to be collected one month before trip departure
- Prices are subject to change due to special factors such as financial crises, significant fuel price increases, substantial ticket price hikes, currency fluctuations, etc.
- If a participant, after registration, is unable to join and needs someone else to replace them, the canceling party is responsible for the service fees related to changing the flight ticket.
- If a participant decides to withdraw from the tour after paying the full fee and cannot find a replacement, the already paid tour fee will not be refunded.
- Choosing to end the journey early will result in the inability to recover any refunds.
- Travel members must hold a valid international passport or other recognized travel documents, with a validity period of at least six months from the return date. Visa requirements, vaccination, and health certificates required by the destination country are subject to the regulations of the respective authorities.
- The company is not responsible for costs, reimbursements, or refunds for members who are refused entry or deported due to incorrect documents or other reasons.
- If a member, due to personal reasons, does not use the included services in the tour fee such as airfare, accommodation, meals, tours, transportation, or any other services, the company will not provide a refund or reduction.
