Beginning in Chengdu, the journey heads northwest into the heart of the plateau, passing Tibetan villages nestled beneath snow-capped peaks, boundless grasslands stretching to the horizon, and striking natural stone formations of remarkable scale and beauty. Along the way, you will encounter a rich spiritual heritage expressed through centuries-old monasteries and deeply rooted traditions, before ultimately reaching Lanzhou, a historic city along the banks of the Yellow River.

Day 2： Chengdu – Dujiangyan (Journey: 2hrs) – Lixian (Journey: 2.5hrs) (B,L,D) After breakfast, depart for the Dujiangyan Scenic Area to explore the world-famous Dujiangyan Irrigation System, an engineering masterpiece with a history of more than 2,000 years. Recognized as both a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage Site and a World Irrigation Heritage Site, Dujiangyan is a testament to China's rich cultural legacy. In the afternoon, continue to Taoping Qiang Village to explore its ancient settlement, where clustered watchtowers and interconnected homes form a unique defensive and residential complex reflecting traditional Qiang architecture. Day 3： Lixian – Aba County (Journey: 4hrs) (B,L,D) After breakfast, visit the breathtaking Bipenggou Scenic Area (including the eco-shuttle bus and electric sightseeing cart). Part of the Miyaluo Nature Reserve, Bipenggou is renowned for its spectacular alpine scenery, featuring snow-capped mountains, glaciers, crystal-clear lakes, pristine forests, waterfalls, alpine meadows, and vibrant seasonal forests. Often referred to as the "Little Switzerland of Western Sichuan," it is one of the region's most picturesque natural attractions. After the tour, continue by coach to Aba County. Day 4： Aba County (Lianbaoyeze Scenic Area) (B,L,D) After breakfast drive one hour to Lianbaoyeze Scenic Area (including electric vehicle), a surreal landscape of jagged peaks, glacial formations, and alpine lakes. Often described as a "real world fantasy realm," its dramatic terrain and shifting light create a striking visual experience. Take the electric vehicle to the 4520 viewpoint for a 360° panoramic view of the area. On clear days, the sea of clouds enhances the scene, making it an ideal spot for wide-angle photography. Continue to Zagar Lake, where crystal clear waters reflect the surrounding rugged peaks. In the afternoon, visit Ge'ermo Monastery, a Tibetan Buddhist monastery of the Gelug school with a history of more than 200 years. The monastery is renowned for its magnificent approximately 37-metre-high brass seated statue of Maitreya Buddha, one of its most iconic landmarks, attracting pilgrims and visitors from near and far. Day 5： Aba County – Ruoergai (Journey: 3hrs) (B,L,D) After breakfast, head to Ruoergai, stopping en route at Waqie Pagoda Forest, the largest cluster of white stupas in northwestern Sichuan. The neatly arranged white stupas and colorful prayer flags create a striking scene against the blue sky and grasslands, symbolizing blessings and the cycle of life. Continue to the First Bend of the Yellow River at Jiuzhi (including escalator access), the only section of the Yellow River in Sichuan and the only 180-degree bend along the Yellow River's thousands-of-kilometer course. Day 6： Ruoergai – Langmusi (Journey: 2hrs) (B,L,D) Visit Langmusi, a town straddling the border between Sichuan and Gansu, divided by a clear stream with monasteries on each side reflecting distinct styles. On the Gansu side, the Serti Monastery features golden rooftops and vibrant incense offerings, while on the Sichuan side, the Kirti Monastery is quieter and more understated. Surrounded by snow-capped mountains, grasslands, and flowing streams, the area offers a serene and sacred highland atmosphere. Behind the monastery lies Namo Grand Canyon, where crystal-clear streams wind through lush vegetation. Day 7： Langmusi – Zhagana (Journey: 2hrs, Trekking: 2–3hrs) (B,L,D) Enter the Zhagana Scenic Area, where towering stone mountains form a natural enclosure around the village, resembling a grand palace or stone fortress. Shrouded in mist, the landscape feels otherworldly, with Tibetan villages nestled within, where rising smoke and surrounding pastures reflect a harmonious coexistence between people and nature. Begin the visit with an electric sightseeing cart ride to Xiannü Tan, followed by a stop at the Dari Viewing Platform to enjoy panoramic views of the spectacular landscape. Day 8： Zhagana – Xiahe (Journey: 7hrs) (B,L,D) After breakfast, depart for Xiahe. En route, pass through Hezuo City and visit the Meiren Grassland. Located at an altitude of approximately 3,500 meters, the grassland features vast open landscapes and distinctive periglacial mound formations. In summer, the area is covered in lush green grass and blooming wildflowers. Continue through the Colorful Prayer Flag Tunnel, where hundreds of meters of prayer flags flutter vividly in the wind, creating a striking and spiritual landscape along the journey. Stay: Xiahe |

Day 9： Day trip in Xiahe (B,L,D) After breakfast, visit Ganja Secret Realm Scenic Area. Take the eco-shuttle to the viewing platform for a panoramic view of the ancient Ganja Bajiao City, a Han Dynasty frontier fortress now preserved as a historic village. Nearby, admire the dramatic Baishiya Cliff, a towering rock formation stretching for kilometers that divides the vast grassland and creates a striking natural landscape. In the afternoon, visit Labrang Monastery, one of the six great Gelug monasteries and a major center of Tibetan Buddhism in northwest China. - The itinerary involves mountainous, winding roads.
- Moderate walking and light hiking are required to access scenic areas.
- High altitudes may pose a risk of altitude sickness; this tour is not suitable for those with severe hypertension, serious heart or lung conditions, or high-altitude sensitivity.
- Accommodation is based on local 4-star standards, which may differ from city hotels.
- Due to its high-altitude and cold climate, some areas have limited infrastructure and previously relied mainly on dry toilets. With ongoing improvements in water supply and sanitation projects, hygiene conditions are gradually improving. Travelers are advised to respect local living conditions and the transitional stage of development when visiting the area.

第四天： 阿坝县（莲宝叶则景区）（早午晚） 早餐后驱车一小时前往莲宝叶则景区（含电瓶车），这片被誉为"现实版魔界"的奇幻之地，由无数尖锐石峰、冰蚀遗迹与高山湖泊构成，山体形态怪异而壮丽，在云雾与光影变化中呈现出神秘而震撼的视觉效果。换乘电瓶车前往4520观景台，可以360°俯瞰整个景区全景。天气好的时候，云海翻腾，仿佛置身魔幻中土世界，是拍全景的最佳位置。过后前往扎尕尔措，湖水碧蓝如镜，倒映着四周冷峻的石峰。下午前往各莫寺，是一座拥有两百多年历史的藏传佛教格鲁派寺院，寺内供奉着约37米高的黄铜弥勒佛坐像，是寺院最具代表性的地标之一，吸引众多信众和游客前来朝拜。 住： 阿坝县 |

第五天： 阿坝县 – 若尔盖（车程：3小时）（早午晚） 早餐后前往目的地若尔盖。沿途参观瓦切塔林，川西北最大的白塔群。成片洁白佛塔整齐排列，五彩经幡随风飘动，在蓝天草原映衬下形成极具冲击力的信仰景观，象征祈福与轮回。前往九曲黄河第一湾（含上行扶梯），黄河唯一一段在四川境内的河段，也是数千公里黄河河道上唯一的180度回头弯。俯瞰黄河在草原间划出巨大回旋弧线，河水与草甸交织成宏伟画面。到达若尔盖后，晚餐及入住酒店。 住： 若尔盖 |

第六天： 若尔盖 – 郎木寺（车程：2小时）（早午晚） 来到郎木寺，一条清澈小溪划分两省（四川、甘肃），两岸寺庙各具风格。甘肃的赛赤寺一侧金顶辉煌、香火旺盛，四川的格尔底寺一侧宁静古朴，融合雪山、草原、溪流与宗教气息，构成一幅宁静而神圣的高原画面。寺院后方是纳摩大峡谷，峡谷内溪流清澈，植被茂密，沿途可见原始森林、奇岩怪石和高山草甸。 住： 郎木寺 |

第七天： 郎木寺 – 扎尕那（车程：2小时，徒步：2–3小时）（早午晚） 进入扎尕那风景区，四周高耸石山如天然屏障环绕村落，地形宛如巨型宫殿或石城，云雾缭绕间宛若仙境，藏族村庄点缀其中，炊烟与牧场交织，展现人与自然和谐共生的原始之美。我们先乘坐电瓶车游览仙女滩，过后前往达日观景台欣赏风景，最后以轻徒步的方式来探索润吾沟的自然风光。 住： 扎尕那 |

第九天： 夏河一日游（早午晚） 早餐后前往甘加秘境。乘坐景区环保车爬上观景台后可以俯瞰历经千年的古城遗迹——甘加八角城。该城始建于汉代，历史上曾是重要的军事要塞，如今则演变为一座城墙保存较为完整的村落。在草原上，矗立着一段绵延数公里、拔地而起、直插云霄的巨大悬崖——白石崖。它将辽阔的甘加草原一分为二，远远望去，崖壁巍峨壮观，与广袤草原相互映衬，构成一幅气势磅礴、令人震撼的自然画卷。下午参观拉卜楞寺，它是藏传佛教格鲁派（黄教）六大著名寺院之一，也是中国西北地区规模最大、学术体系最完整的藏传佛教寺院之一。寺院依山而建，建筑以藏式风格为主，白墙、红墙与金顶层次分明，沿着世界最长转经长廊缓步前行，听经声回荡，看僧侣修行，沉浸于浓厚而庄严的藏传佛教氛围之中。 住： 夏河 |

难度评估 ：
- 甘南属于高原性气候，夏季较凉爽但昼夜温差大，温度介于0°C–25°C。
- 此行程山路与高原公路较多，部分路段弯道较多。
- 为了好景色也会走相当多的路，有轻徒步活动。
- 行程涉及川西与甘南高原地区（如莲宝叶则、扎尕那风景区、甘加秘境等），平均海拔较高，有高山症隐患，不适合：严重高血压、严重心肺疾病人群及对高原极度敏感者。
- 酒店以当地标准4星为主，条件相对城市略有差异。
- 由于地处高原寒冷地区，部分区域基础设施条件受限，过去以旱厕为主。目前随着供水和改厕工程推进，卫生条件正在逐步改善。到当地旅行或走访时，应尊重当地实际生活条件与过渡阶段现状。
